Jeff P wrote a review Aug Maskless Springs. If you go in the racebook here the average age is easily over 70 yet you're lucky if half of them have a mask on.
I was very uncomfortable there as it seemed like they didn't care. Neither the clientele or management. We may have to just shut them down because they're definitely contributing to the problem. Very sad. Date of stay: August Trip type: Traveled solo. We take the health and safety of our employees and our guests very seriously.
All guests are temp checked and required to wear masks. We have turned off every other slot removing the chair as well and reduced tables to three people per game. We have hand sanitatizer stations throughout the property and encourage their use as well as social distancing. We have purchased deep clean fog guns and top of the line disinfectants and are rigorously cleaning all areas of the resort on a very regular basis.
We eliminated smoking from inside the casino and have not yet opened the buffet or bowling. And our employees are all required to get tested weekly. We are sorry you have the wrong idea about our property as we take this very seriously and are doing more than most companies anywhere to keep people safe while we remain in business serving our guests. Justmeme wrote a review Jul Las Vegas, Nevada 1 contribution. The manager at the front of the hotel is horrible when it comes to customer service.
I have seen other complaints about her on this website as well. I am disabled and require a service dog and each time, the manage gives me a hard time about my service animal, which is protected by the American Disability Act.
The hotel does not seem disability friendly and under the law is not supposed to charge a "pet fee" for service animals, but they constantly do so. Again, it is this one manager, who clearly hates her job and defies what it means to provide good customer service, especially to the disabled community. Date of stay: June Value. Helpful Share. After booking two hotel nights for an airline crew at an agreed rate, she completely discarded the printed reservation, inflated the rate by half again as much to "allow" them to stay a second night or forget it. Date of stay: February Los Angeles, California 1 contribution 1 helpful vote.
Valentine Getaway. As I read different reviews on Fantasy, I couldn't help but write my own review. My husband and I have been coming to Fantasy for many years now, and love the casino, and the hotel. We actually have only been staying at the hotel for a couple of years now. But for all that, the property has no spa and is clearly more geared towards the high stakes crowd.
Fantasy Springs also features an event center that caters to trade shows, sporting events, and concerts. The room hotel sits on an enormous property near the freeway, isolated from downtown Indio but near the Cabazon Native American reservation, whose tribe owns the resort.
The rooms are large, but have no balconies to enjoy the mountain views. Weekday rates often pack a considerable value, and you may want to avoid staying over the weekend if you prefer to miss the crowds. The hotel's main grounds are enormous with paved walkways covered by pergolas and shaded by palm trees. Outdoor sitting areas are accompanied by fountains and flowerbeds, all bordered by the golf course on one side and, less appealingly, a large RV park on the other.
Inside the hotel, a baby grand piano is the centerpiece of the circular lobby, sitting on a polished marble floor. Natural stone floors and walls add character throughout the property, somewhat making up for the gaudy, smoke-filled atmosphere of the casino.
In the Coachella Valley, located right off the freeway in Indio -- known for its upscale golf courses, numerous food festivals, and celebrations of local Native American culture -- the hotel is on the edge of town adjacent to the Cabazon Indian reservation. There isn't anything within walking distance of the resort, but its proximity to the freeway provides easy access by car to the region's attractions.
It's 30 minutes to the shopping, galleries, and nightlife of Palm Springs , or 25 minutes to El Paseo's popular shopping district, including its outdoor mall, the Gardens on El Paseo. Other nearby destinations include Joshua Tree National park 25 minutes to the south entrance and Coachella 10 minutes.
Expect more than a two-hour drive to Los Angeles. The bright rooms are balanced by neutral-colored carpets, contrasting accents, and dark wood furnishings. The heavy furniture is attractive, but many pieces are showing wear and tear.
A coffeemaker, laptop safe, and free Wi-Fi are standard, though not all rooms have a mini-fridge. They are available upon request. Units have either mountain or pool views, but none have balconies, and some of those pool views come with sights of the RV park. Also keep in mind that some floors have smoking rooms and smell accordingly smokey. The star of the Fantasy Springs show is the casino with its 2, slot machines, 40 table games, and jackpot bingo. There's also a casino bar and, of course, smoking is allowed.
A , square-foot events center hosts trade shows and conferences as well as live shows, with a concert hall capacity of 3, For smaller live acts, the seasonal Rock Yard outdoor stage has weekly bands for free admission. The bowling alley has a whopping 24 lanes, and also includes a video arcade, snack bar, sports lounge, and late night laser games. The pool is well-designed, surrounded by smaller fountain pools and hot tubs with a gently sloped, beach entry on one end.
Cabanas and plush lounge chairs adorn the sun deck, which has a bar that's ringed with cooling mist.

Among the wide ranging dining options is the upscale eatery The Bistro, an ice cream parlor, a Starbucks, and a rooftop wine bar. Adjacent to the property is the hotel's public hole golf course, Eagle Falls, with diverse elevations and features that include a waterfall.
There is no on-site spa, but there is a well-equipped fitness center. All of these perks are great, but the hotel tacks on a daily resort fee. Restaurants and Bars. This was a disappointing experience. We were sat a table right at edge of a walkway and the bar. People were constantly walking around us. Our view was of the kitchen and the wait staff station at the bar. The restaurant was also very smoky from the casino. That really spoiled our dining experience. The food was very nicely presented, but lacked flavor. We had crab cakes was creole remoulade. The cakes were ok but the remoulade was like Tatar sauce was a little ketchup added.
Definitely not creole. For entrees we had the Kobe meatloaf and the sea bass. The meatloaf was good, but a little dry and the sauce on it was very salty. The potatoes were flavorless as were the asparagus and grilled tomatoes. My husband also said his fish was ok but a little over cooked and dry. He enjoy the ginger sesame rice and the stir fried vegetables. On the plus side, the wait staff is amazing!
Daniel was our server and he was excellent. He and his assistant were on it with everything. But we might stop in for dessert. Always a great experience! Staff is awesome and food is amazing! Compared to other high end restaurants in La Quinta Palm Desert this is by far the best! The food is the best! We really love the lobster bisque. The fish is cook to perfection.
The cost is high but the quality is almost worth it. Wish we could eat there more often. We were celebrating my husband's birthday I personally, felt the Bistro was overpriced for what you get. I would go for the buffet or Pom next time. Food very good, but they embarrassed us by insisting we remove our hats. We were dressed well while others wore shorts and sneakers, but they don't allow hats.
Stupid rules, kinda ruined the experience. After standing at the hostess stand for nearly 10min, she comes up and takes our name and snaps, your table will be ready at your reservation time so have a seat! Our waiter was much more hospitable, the manager very attentive but the food was mediocre. The pork belly was very tough, rainbow roll was tasty as well as the creme brulee but the rib eye was very fatty and lacked flavor. Quite a disappointment for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend.
Love this place they have a good price for steaks. The restaurant is nice and roomy with great decor. We always leave the place very satisfied Love the food there I usually get halibut here I guess it is not in season so I tried their short ribs and they were pretty fatty. Food was absolutely fantastic.
